The meaning of Mid-Autumn has never been just about eating mooncakes and admiring the moon. It's about being willing to pause, no matter how busy, and be with the people who matter.

The event began with Mr. Ding extending holiday greetings to all employees, thanking every Microsemi partner for their continued dedication and hard work, and sending his most sincere birthday wishes to the third-quarter birthday stars.

Handmade mooncakes are the warmest taste of Mid-Autumn.
Kneading dough, wrapping fillings, pressing molds. Some pursued perfection, making sure every pattern was pressed with precision; others went with the flow, letting the results be whatever they may be—yet surprisingly adorable. Red bean paste, lotus seed paste, custard... different fillings, same heartfelt intentions.

If mooncakes are the reunion of taste buds, then lanterns are the romance in light and shadow. Bamboo strips, colored paper, tassels, LED lights... Everyone worked in groups, folding, pasting, and threading, and one by one, Mid-Autumn lanterns of various shapes lit up in their hands.

Accompanied by the "Happy Birthday" song, the third-quarter birthday stars were invited to the front. The company had thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and gifts. The whole room sang blessings in unison, with warm and sincere voices. The birthday stars clasped their hands together, made beautiful wishes in their hearts, and then blew out the candles together, sharing the joy and sweetness with every colleague present.
