To explore new pathways for talent cultivation in the integrated circuit industry, Shanghai MicroWorld Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially signed the "MicroWorld Semiconductor Fund" donation agreement with Shanghai Polytechnic University on the afternoon of April 12, while also reaching a cooperation on a "Graduate Student Resident Enterprise Joint Training" program. This initiative aims to deliver high-quality, application-oriented innovative talents tailored to actual industry needs through an industry-education integration model characterized by "real corporate demands and genuine skill development."

At the signing ceremony, Xie Huaqing, President of Shanghai Polytechnic University, stated that the University is continuously deepening industry-education integration. The donation from the enterprise to establish a dedicated fund is not only a recognition of the University's educational philosophy but also an empowerment of high-quality development through philanthropic action. Ding Bo, Chairman of MicroWorld Semiconductor, responded that the company, with sincere dedication to education, hopes to use the fund as a vehicle to join hands with the University in fulfilling social responsibility and contributing to the development of Shanghai's integrated circuit industry.
Witnessed by the attending representatives, the two parties completed three core signings: President Xie Huaqing and Chairman Ding Bo signed the donation agreement and exchanged certificates; Chen Yong, Executive Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits, signed the implementation agreement with Ding Bo; and Gu Xiaokun, Associate Dean of the School, signed the letter of intent for the "Graduate Student Resident Enterprise Joint Training" program with Chen Han, General Manager of MicroWorld Semiconductor. These signings mark the beginning of a substantive integration of the talent cultivation chain, industrial innovation chain, and social responsibility chain.
Guided by the philosophy of "Insight Through Micro – A Smarter World" and the principle of "achieving excellence through dedication and winning with quality," MicroWorld Semiconductor's in-depth collaboration with Shanghai Polytechnic University represents not only a philanthropic donation but also a pioneering closed-loop education model bridging classroom learning and hands-on practice. This partnership offers a replicable model of university-enterprise collaboration to address the critical shortage of talent in the integrated circuit sector.
